NEBI, Bed and Boat

Nebi is named after the Abenaki Indian word N’bee, meaning water,  thus to honor The Sacred Water and The People protecting it.

She has a European vibe (being made in Holland), a sleek feel and the comfort of a home with a 360 degree view of the Damariscotta River. She is docked at Schooner Landing Restaurant and Marina, just 2 min walking distance from charming restaurants, galleries in the quant village of Damariscotta, Maine, and a short drive to gorgeous light houses, walking trails and beaches.

You can paddle our kayaks or canoe from Nebi, along the tidal Damariscotta River to discover the magical wildlife, timeless mansions and the working waterfront of oyster farmers, lobstermen and fishermen.

Do you feel like a drink and oysters while sailing down the River? Every day there are tours we run with Damariscotta River Cruises, and we supply you with discounted tickets to enjoy a relaxing ride while Captain Chip regales you with local history, natural lore, and tales of oyster farming on the river.

Whether for adventure or relaxation, Nebi promises an unforgettable experience immersed in the beauty of Maine’s coastal traditions.
